This is a investment opportunity for those that have the funds to invest for a long term jackpot return..I am needing 6 investors to share in a return of 4.0 million dollars. Each investor will also receive a yearly income until the harvest of the jackpot material.
This is to find out if I can get 6 investors to get the ball rolling. Once I have the investors willing to invest I will get the ball rolling. No funds will be used till the business plan and LLC company is completed. After the business plan and LLC company is complete the investors will be notified and the process will began and each investor will have a viewing of the business plan. After all the investors has had time to review the business plan the option of staying as a investor will be asked. If all are still willing to move forward with this project then the funds will be collected and the plan submitted.
Each share is valued at $200,000 per/share. There maybe 2 to 4 or more sub-share holders, but only one will be the primary share holder in which the checks will be mailed to. It will be the primary share holders responsibility to distribute the funds received to the sub-share holders that joins him/her in the purchase of a share.
This is a serious opportunity, and only serious investors will be added to the group Investor 6. After the 6 shares are filled the Investor 6 group will be closed to any other investors unless a investor opts out before the funds are used for the property. In this case if a investor opts out the share will become available for another investor.
The property is 356 acres, with over 1 million tons of coal to be harvested when coal is at a prime value. The following coal seams are on the property Hazard 4, 5A, 7, 8,also under drainage are the Elkhorn 1 & 2, and Blue Gem. With estimated In-Place Tons of 2,871,610 and Recovery Tons of 1,421,300. For a yearly income for each investor there are also 3 gas well on the property that has income of 10,150. Since there are Elk and Deer on the property I will be leasing 36 huntings to hunt this property to add to the yearly income to the investors. By my figures so far the yearly income for each investor would be around the amount of $9,164.00 per year. This amount is being conservative sine the 07 income for the gas well was in the amount of 20,300.00 and this does not include the unharvested timber on the property. Which some will be taken to add food plots approx 1/2 to 1 acre per/10 acres.
